Customers generally find the product to be of good quality and a great value for the price. Many reviewers praise the comfort and softness of the inserts, noting they are a good size for pillow covers and fluff up nicely. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the size, finding the inserts to be smaller than expected or not full enough to adequately fill pillow covers. There are also mixed opinions regarding the thickness, with some finding them too thin and needing to use multiple inserts per cover.
