Rectangular Wall Clock with Pendulum and Dual Chimes

Fast delivery, nice appearance and function, but instructions are a bit confusing and vague; e.g. 2 different ways to set time and whether the clock strikes midnight before going into its silent period. Folks have posted helpful hints on You Tube.

Love love the clock well made ! I love the chimes that's why I ordered the clock,my previous clock had chimes but the chimes didn't chime right to the hours it was off on the number of chimes I could not find a professional that works on clocks to fix it but I saw this one and ordered it the picture of it does not do it justice at all it truly is a beautiful clock and I received it sooner than the date that was quoted which is fantastic. The only thing is being heavier than my other clock I will have to use a sturdier hook for hanging but it will be well worth it.☺️

I totally am so happy with this clock. However, I received one before and sent it back because the battery didn’t fit, so U sent me another one, same thing. I called Wayfair to send back and coming home next day I thought to myself, Seiko is an excellent brand and this battery must go somewhere else. I called Wayfair and they didn’t take care of wall clocks that Wayfair instrments handle the wall clocks. I talked to the sweet gentleman and he knew right away what the problem EM was, the battery looks like it goes in the back but it doesn’t! You have to open the glass door and the wooden bottom slides open and that’s where the battery goes!!! The directions are not good and U would never figure out about the battery. So , thank you Wayfair for being so good and polite , and understanding. This is the best wall clock I’ve w ER had!
