Customers find the product to be of great quality, with a realistic appearance and soft material that closely resembles real cowhide. The style is praised for adding a unique touch to decor. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some finding it too dark or more orange than expected, while others appreciate its aesthetic. Some customers also noted minor issues with loose seams or flimsy zippers.
