Customers appreciate the attractive colors and plush, soft material, finding the product comfortable for seating and reading nooks. However, many reviews indicate the product is smaller than expected, leading to disappointment regarding its value and suitability as a floor pillow. While quality is generally praised, some feel it lacks substance for the price.
