Once upon a Time

This captivating 16 x 20 inch owl painting, rendered in tempera on canvas, transports viewers to a whimsical "Once Upon a Time" jungle setting. The owl, depicted with expressive eyes and intricately detailed feathers, is the focal point, rendered in warm, earthy tones against a textured, teal and brown background suggestive of a dense, overgrown landscape. The artist's unique style blends figurative elements with a textured, almost abstract, background, creating a sense of depth and mystery.
