Customers say

Customers praise the product's high quality and attractive finish, particularly the polished nickel. However, there are significant concerns regarding value, with some finding the product to be lightweight and not substantial for the price. Negative feedback also highlights issues with durability, as some users have experienced leaks and premature failure of components. The material is also noted as feeling light, like plastic, which is disappointing given the cost.
