The dual-mount system with suction-cup base and C-clamp locks the strainer onto a variety of flat surfaces. Put your fresh tomatoes or other soft fruits and vegetables directly into the 1 gallon stainless steel hopper, then turn the handle to quickly separate skins and seeds so you’re left with just the puree. The stainless steel splash guard keeps your hands clean while the chute directs puree into any container, jar or bag. The strainer comes with a stomper and a 1.5mm multipurpose stainless steel screen that's perfect for tomatoes and apples, with other sizes available for squash, salsa and grapes in the optional 4-piece accessory kit 07-0858 (sold separately).
