Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many describing it as beautiful and stunning. The size is noted as being substantial, fitting well in larger rooms. However, there are significant concerns regarding the quality and condition of the product upon arrival. Many reviews mention damage, such as smashed corners or broken legs, suggesting issues with either manufacturing or packaging. While some customers received items in excellent condition with good packaging, a recurring theme is receiving damaged goods, leading to frustration.
