Customers praise the product's beautiful and elegant appearance, with many finding it even more stunning in person. The design is described as feminine, delicate, and classic, with a perfect contrast between the sketch and the gold frame. The lightweight nature of the item is also appreciated for ease of hanging. However, some customers expressed disappointment with the plastic frame and glass, noting that the hanging mechanism was not pre-installed, which was time-consuming.
