- EASY CARE: Handmade rugs should be treated more carefully than machine-made rugs due to the artisanal nature in which they are created. Avoid using water as that might damage and discolor the natural fibers, instead, for tougher stains use a dry rug shampoo or baking soda. For dry debris take the rug outdoors and give it a good shake. Rotate for even wear.
- COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat.
