Customers find the product to be functional and easy to install, with many appreciating its clear and attractive appearance. The quality is generally considered good, with some noting it is heavier plastic and crystal clear. However, there are concerns regarding durability, as some users reported the wand bending or not being sturdy enough for heavier curtains.
