This limited warranty excludes damages resulting from neglect, accidental or intentional acts, exposure to extreme or abnormal conditions (heat, cold, dryness, sunlight, moisture, or humidity), unauthorized repair or alteration as well as commercial and institutional use unless the product is noted as suitable for commercial use. Normal wear and tear, accidents including scratches, burns, watermarks, or indentations as well as general misuse or abuse of products will void this warranty. Softening of foam is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. Does not include damage in any transportation or transportation and labor costs associated with any warranty claim.
