Customers generally praise the product's appearance and aesthetics, noting its realistic look and how it complements their decor. While many find the size suitable for smaller spaces, some reviewers mention it is smaller than expected or that the pot is on the small side. Opinions on the color are positive, with some noting it is lighter in person. The quality is generally considered good, though a few leaves may fall off during fluffing.
