Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and excellent quality of this product, noting it is well-made and a great decor item. While many find it comfortable and suitable for lumbar support, there are consistent remarks about its small size, with several reviewers expressing disappointment that it is smaller than anticipated and more decorative than functional.
