Customers generally find this product to be comfortable and attractive, with many praising its appearance and ease of assembly. The faux leather is noted to look and feel like real leather, and the colors are well-received. However, opinions are mixed regarding the size, with many finding the chairs smaller than expected and the backs too low for adult comfort. Some reviewers also mention the seats are quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference for lounging.
