Craftsmanship
Hand-Blown Glass Technique
Artisans melt glass at approximately 1300℃–1400℃, shaping it with a blowpipe to handcraft a rounded, bulbous body and wavy ruffled rim, preserving the natural undulations and warmth of handcrafted artistry.
Gradient Color Infusion Technique
During the molten glass phase, color is infused from deep lake blue to translucent light cyan from top to bottom. Gravity and flow create a soft gradient effect, lending the color layers a translucent, breathing quality.
Vertical Ridged Texture Creation
Vertical ridged texture is formed on the bottle body through molds and manual drawing, which not only enhances visual depth but also improves grip friction. Finally, an annealing process (slow cooling at 500℃–600℃) eliminates internal stress, ensuring the vase is sturdy and durable.
