About This Product

Muonionalusta Meteorite Slice // 284 Grams This Muonionalusta meteorite slice shows the Widmanstätten pattern at its most striking. A precision cut and a careful acid etch reveal an interwoven lattice of metal. Each crystal band formed as the parent asteroid's core cooled over millions of years. Few natural objects display that kind of cosmic history so plainly.

Suitable for display on stand, shelf, or shadow box in study, gallery, or collector's cabinet
