Customers highly praise the product's beautiful appearance and elegant design, noting its high quality and attractive colors. The aesthetics are frequently mentioned as a strong positive point, with many reviewers finding the product to be a lovely addition to their decor. While the design is generally well-received, some customers expressed disappointment that the material was not as described, with the decorative part being made of resin (plastic) rather than ceramic and steel.
