Customers praise the product's quality, fabric, and material, noting it is thick, not flimsy, and well-made. The design is described as simple yet elegant with crisp, clean lines. However, there are some negative comments regarding the color, with customers finding it not as expected or the wrong shade. Additionally, some reviewers mentioned that the corners do not come together well, making the boxspring visible.
