Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, heavy and sturdy build, and great value for the price. Many note its high quality and unique design that elevates any room. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, as some find the gold tone too brassy, harsh, or rustic compared to the pictures. Additionally, customers mention that its heavy weight requires careful hanging and sturdy hardware.
