Customers find the product to be very comfortable and a good value for the price. The massage and heat functions are generally appreciated for relaxation, though some reviews suggest the massage is more of a vibration. Assembly is consistently described as easy. However, opinions on the size are mixed, with some finding it perfect for smaller spaces and others noting it may be too small for taller individuals, causing their feet to hang off when reclined.
