If the mirror arrives damaged by the freight carrier, refuse the shipment, write a report with the shipping company and if possible take pictures of the damaged packaging. Mirrors must be returned in original packaging and good condition. Customers will be charged a 25% restocking fee for stock-size mirrors which must be shipped with pre-paid freight. No return on custom-size mirrors.
