Customers praise the product for its exceptional comfort and softness, with many noting its luxurious feel. The quality and weight are frequently highlighted, with some reviewers describing it as a weighted blanket. The color options are also well-received, adding to the product's appeal. However, a few customers mentioned minor issues with buttons coming off and the material sliding, which raises some concerns about long-term durability.
