Customers highly praise the product's quality and appearance, noting that the frames look expensive and beautiful. Many reviewers find the product to be a great value for the price, with some stating they look much more expensive than they are. The packaging is consistently described as excellent, ensuring the frames arrive in perfect condition. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some customers finding it to be a nice neutral or rich gold, while others note that the matting is an off-white or cream color, not pure white as expected.
