On the Back of My Mind is a layered portrait of abstracted faces that emerge through intersecting planes and sharp edges. The composition suggests multiple viewpoints and psychological depth, with cool blues and warm neutrals structured into faceted surfaces. The linear drips and sharp angular forms are techniques associated with contemporary cubism and geometric abstraction, giving this figurative modernist piece a meditative and conceptual edge.
