The small-scale medallions repeated across the fabric are influenced by the Moroccan tile work often seen in the homes of North Africa. Painted in our bright bohemian colors, the tiles warm and brighten any space, just like the Moroccan sun. This design began in Kevin’s sketchbook, was printed on silk velvet, then hand-painted in small batches by artisans in Philadelphia. Dye is applied by hand in layers on the velvet fiber surface. Variations in color are part of the nature of our unique dyeing process. Zip closure; comes with a feather/down insert.
