Customers appreciate the product for its beautiful colors, high quality, and soft velvet material that feels luxurious to the touch. The covers fit well and add a nice accent to living spaces. However, opinions regarding the size are mixed, with a few customers noting that the items were smaller than expected or not the exact size ordered.
