Customers are highly satisfied with the product, praising its beautiful appearance, sturdy construction, and impressive weight that reflects its high quality. The stylish and unique design makes it a standout statement piece for bathrooms and entryways. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, with many noting that the gold finish leans heavily toward a coppery, brassy, or orange tone that can be difficult to match with other hardware.
