Customers praise the product for its elegant appearance and excellent functionality, noting that it complements curtain setups well and is easy to use. The holdbacks are described as sturdy and of good quality, with a finish that matches online imagery. While generally effective even with heavy curtains, some users found them a bit small for very thick materials if a clean, pulled-back look is desired.
