Chartreuse Scarf Wall Art

As I as walking along a busy avenue one cold rainy gray day, could not help noticing the rather large woven chartreuse scarf that a woman had wrapped around her neck to keep warm. I wondered if that color matched her dress or was just the right color that day to cheer her up.
