The Clock was exactly what we wanted

I'm really happy with the clock. The reason I gave it 4 stars, rather than 5 is because when I placed it on my shelf I saw it wasn't level. When I turned it upside down, I noticed that the protective strips covered the whole leg on one side & only partially covered the other leg, leaving it wobbly. I used some adhesive strips I had at home to make it level.

Just what I needed for the library. A little more gold than I prefer, but it still looks very nice and goes well with the rest of the room.

We're very pleased with our purchase. The clock arrived on time and was very well packed for shipping to protect the fragile contents. The clock itself is better than expected. The brass is solid so the clock has a fair amount of weight for its size. The actual clock works are the standard time keeping clock that works on a single AA battery, but it keeps very accurate time. The brass case, the glass, and the classy looking face and hands make this a very nice piece to display on our mantle.
