Handmade Coastal Landscape & Nature Wall Decor

Heavily textured, this piece features a heavy middle section of capiz shell. The natural colored shells used as the mid-section of the Metal Seahorse Wall Décor are contrasted with a metallic blue finish that is highlighted with textured distressed rust. This rust color is hand-painted, which makes it feel like the metal was aged in the ocean, giving this seahorse a timeless feel. Wrapped around wrought iron aquatic plants, the wall seahorse is poised and striking with its elegant stance. Capiz is an oyster shell and the primary purpose of the oyster is a source of food. However, the by-product, the shell, can be used for decoration. Due to it being a natural material, the natural colors of the capiz can come through as tans and browns.
