The weighted blanket is not only designed for sleep therapy but also for improving sleep quality. The gentle weight stimulates pivotal pressure points to foster a feeling of calm and safety, allowing you to relax and reduce stress. Deep touch and pressure stimulation lowers cortisol, the hormone responsible for stress, and increases serotonin, which facilitates relaxation. Much like an excellent massage, the blankets promote a sense of peace and well-being, making you fall asleep faster and more intensely like a babe. This is an inner weighted blanket without the cover, finished with selected cotton and high-density poly pellets, breathe freely, softly, and comfortably; it is better to dry clean or hand-wash to get them clean. Warranty do not soak do not iron do not wring do not bleach do not dry clean.
