Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and design of this product, noting it adds a nice touch to their bathrooms. However, there are significant concerns regarding the material, with many reviews stating it is not absorbent and feels like a decorative fabric rather than a functional hand towel. This leads to negative feedback on value and quality, as customers feel the product is overpriced for its lack of absorbency and towel-like properties.
