Handmade Statue Decorative Object

The green patina is a sign of antique status, and nowadays, artisans create it through scientific methods to add drama to a piece. This peacock lamp made of brass carries a green patina over a black finish body. It is traditionally known as a Mayil Villaku and has a peacock statue as the crown image. The peacock stands on a lotus podium, signifying its regal status. It holds a flowering branch that also has a leaf-shaped lamp attached to it. This lamp is a beautiful ritual object cleverly designed to give the bearer an experience of the bygone era.
