One of the most heavenly moments in Buddhism's cosmology is the sermon Bhagwan Buddha bestowed upon his followers. Having achieved a state of supreme enlightenment, Buddha showed the pinnacle of compassion and shared the path of enlightenment, which continues to be the ideal way of attaining freedom from the cycle of life. In this glorious brass statue, Buddha is seated on a lotus seat, which symbolizes the blossoming of wisdom within. He is wrapped in monks' garb, carries an alms bowl, and is delineated with all his characteristic features- sublime eyes, elongated earlobes, coiled hair, cranial protuberance, and a well-balanced physique. With his right hand raised in the gesture of Vitarka (imparting wisdom), the gently smiling Buddha infuses the surrounding with the fragrance of cosmic wisdom.
