Customers generally find the product to be a good value, with many appreciating its appearance and ease of installation. However, there are significant concerns regarding the material quality, with many reviews noting that the end pieces are plastic and the overall construction feels cheap. Some customers also reported issues with the rod sagging, particularly with heavier curtains, and expressed disappointment that the material was not entirely metal.
