Torriana Paper Mache Vase

Round as an apple and about as uncomplicated, this vase gets its appeal from proportion rather than detail. Paper mache holds the curve cleanly and keeps the piece easy to shift between a shelf and a table. Works empty as a sculptural object, or full of dried stems when the room needs softening.
