Customers appreciate the product's size, finding it perfect for various locations like nightstands and bathrooms. The clock is also praised for its positive features, including a light-up dial and battery operation that prevents the need for resetting after power outages. Positive feedback is also given for its color options and overall quality. However, some users have expressed disappointment that the time hands do not glow in the dark, making it difficult to check the time at night without turning on the light. The product's functionality, particularly its alarm and snooze features, is generally well-received.
