Customers praise the product for its secure packaging, lightweight design, and convenient size options. The product is also appreciated for being easy to hang and coming with a nice matte. However, opinions are mixed regarding the material and value, as some users note the use of plexiglass and cardboard backing instead of glass, which can cause glare and perceived lower quality for the cost.
