Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, good quality materials, and ease of use. They find the magnetic tiebacks very functional and appreciate that they hold curtains securely while adding a nice touch to room decor. However, opinions on color are mixed, with some noting that shades look different in person compared to online images.
