Customers appreciate the product's appearance and quality, noting it looks exactly like the online picture and is a great clock. However, opinions on the color are mixed, with some finding it beautiful and perfect, while others feel it is too bright and looks inexpensive. The design is also a point of contention, as the black hands are difficult to see from a distance.
