Hanging Walnut

Nut-shaped and small enough to hang two or three from the same branch, this ornament trades sparkle for a quiet, rounded form. Ceramic gives it weight that pulls a branch down slightly, which is what makes an ornament look settled instead of perched. Hang it on a tree, a wreath or a length of ribbon in a window.
