Caitlyn-Joyce Stone Crystal Decorative Object

The proximity of the terminated Quartz to the termination of the Fluorite adds an interesting aspect to the spectacularly complex, freestanding, matrix specimen. Elements of Pyrite and Wolframite emerge from the the matrix in the initial mineralization, followed by Mica, Quartz and Fluorite. The large, cubic blue Fluorite and its adjacent scepter of terminated Quartz provide the perfect focal point for this small babinet masterpiece. Yindu Mine, Inner Mongolia, China. 3" x 1.5" x .35", 15 oz.
