Sandwich Wulfenite - Ojuela Mine, Mexico

The unique layered 'sandwich' Wulfenite of Mina Ojuela is one of the most famous forms of what is by far and away our favorite mineral. This excellent example features three crystals, the largest being a multi-layered crystal in great condition. Two smaller crystals feature a single layer of tonal variation. A great miniature mineral specimen. Ojuela Mine, Mapimí, Mapimí Municipality, Durango, Mexico. 2.5" x 1.5" x .75", .9 oz.
