Inspired by the ancient art of quilling, strips of paper are rolled looped, or otherwise manipulated to create a decorative design for the frame of the mirror. A coil pattern is used in this mirror, varying sizes of rolled paper are set and glued into the box frame surrounding the mirror. The process of creating the mirror is labor intensive and makes each piece unique.
