Sentimental Rectangular Mirror

Classic picture-frame proportions shape the Sentimental Rectangular Mirror, and the raised border that surrounds the glass is covered entirely in bone, cut small and set piece by piece. Brass runs as a fine line along both edges of that border, catching light where the bone stays still. The effect is pattern without ornament, which is harder to find than it sounds and easier to live with than a busy frame. Hang it in a dining room, a bedroom, or an entry, and it holds the wall without asking the rest of the room to change.
