About This Product

Glazes are dripped from above, one over another, and left to find their own path down the fluted sides of the Macchiato Bowl. The low, wide terracotta form makes a striking centerpiece on a dining table, console, or coffee table. Glaze pools in the flutes and thins over the ridges, creating a fluid pattern that follows the contours of the bowl and gives each surface its own character. Decorative yet functional, its watertight construction allows it to hold water when desired while remaining an expressive accent on its own.

Features

Layered drip glazing lets the glaze pool and thin across the fluting, so the surface emphasizes the bowl's ribs rather than burying them.
A low, wide profile sits below sightlines on a dining table, working as a centerpiece without blocking conversation across it.
Watertight terracotta holds water for floating flowers or a shallow arrangement, with no liner needed underneath.
Every bowl finishes differently because the glaze is poured rather than painted, so variation in pattern and shape is built into the method.
A fluted, traditional shape gives a modern kitchen island or a plain dining sideboard something with age to it.
