Customers praise the product for its heavy-duty, sturdy material and excellent quality that keeps drawers neat and organized. Many appreciate its customizability, noting that it can be trimmed to fit various drawer sizes perfectly. However, customers have mixed opinions about size and material, with some finding the plastic rigid, difficult to cut, and prone to leaving sharp, jagged edges. A few also mention that the slots are too small for larger utensils or that the product is too large for certain drawers.
