Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting that it does not shed needles and looks natural. The lighting is also frequently mentioned as perfect. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the size, with some finding it perfect and others disappointed by discrepancies. Value is also a point of contention, with some customers feeling it is a good price for the quality, while others found it misleading and not as nice as pictured for the cost.
